As a mortgage consultant since 1994, Kim got her start working with clients who had less-than-ideal credit and began to specialize in helping them clean up their debt and providing credit solutions. She then moved on to assisting self-employed borrowers, diligently researching the market to find the most competitively priced programs.

Kim spent the better part of the past 6 years running the mortgage processing department as well as servicing her own clientele, where she was often referred to as “the guts”; making sure each client’s file was properly documented and placed in the best program to fit their needs.

Especially today, she stays on top of the ever-changing, always-complex nature of loan programs and thrives on solving the most challenging mortgage situations.

Kim serves as a director on the Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce and prides herself in maintaining a balanced life within her two-mile city radius of her home, office and children’s schools. Kim works, lives and plays in Roscoe Village with her husband Chris and their three children Jessica, Jeremy and Mitchell.
